Hi

I will be in Chamonix and looking for an alpine climbing partner from the 3rd - 8th July.

I climb up to AD and 5+ on alpine rock with most of my alpine climbing done in New Zealand. Looking to climb more moderate routes as I have not climbed out of Chamonix before. I am a fit 40 year old with a young daughter so climb fairly conservatively. If you are looking to be in Chamonix on those dates and have not already found a partner then feel free to drop me a line. My crevasse rescue is solid, I am relaxed but climbing safely is a main priority. Would be great to discuss what routes as I am very open to suggestions. In general I would like to head up Mt Blanc if conditions and weather are looking favourable and also climb some other classics like Cosmiques Arete for acclimatization but really just want to get out and enjoy the mountains.

Happy to climb with any reasonably fit person who has practiced some basic crevass rescue and confident in crampons on mixed terrain.
