Description
I will be going to climb one of the lesser crowded routes on Kilimanjaro, plus the standard route on Mount Kenya. This will be small, private trip, with a local guide and logisitics organised through a reputable agency in Nairobi. The trip will be in Sep 2011 but specific dates flexible. Preference is for self sufficient team. Would consider 1-2 other team members with similar interest to enjoy the climbing together. Contact me if interested.

Post a Comment Alana | Umbwe Route/Arrow Glacier? | | | Hi, flatsprings! I was just about to post one of these of my own. I'm not the person you need for anything really technical, but I'm planning a trip to Kilimanjaro in the fall and I'd like to go in a group for the discount. What route are you doing on Kilimanjaro? | Posted May 20, 2011 10:05 pm |

| gday alana, preferred is umbwe/arrow glacier/western breach for a bit more of a challenging climb, plus avoiding the traffic on the more popular routes. i've just booked flights and be in kenya from 6-23rd sep. in early phase now of contacting some guiding companies. if your interested then send me an email directly before june 3 to discuss in more detail as i am off to denali for a month. cheers....david | Posted May 24, 2011 10:05 pm |
