Description

My climbing partner recenly moved and I am looking to fill the void. I lead 10a sport, and about 5.8 trad. I am fairly familar with the Eastern Sierra, and LA area sport and bouldering. My current projects are in the ball park of 10c/d sport and some alpine 10a routes. I spend a lot of time trail running in the San Gabriels and prefere to do trips car to car.

Rob, Fishhook has been on my list as well. Once the snow breaks enough I'd be game for it. The east butress is one of the things that I really should have done by now but haven't gotten around to it. So it's on my list as well

Hi John,

I just moved to Los Angeles (Studio City) and I'm looking for partners too. I lead about 5.9 trad, 10b sport. I'd love to get out to Joshua Tree this winter, and I'd love to do some trips in the Sierra, both winter and summer.

Pete, all sound like good plans. If you want to find a time to do some sport climbing send me over a couple of dates that work for you. Ever do any bouldering at Stoney Point? I'm generaly there once or twice a week.

ClimberMattBeen to Big Bear?

I just joined summitpost, but have been climbing for 8 years. Big Bear pinnicles would be heaven for you with a mix of mostly sport routes in the 10s and some moderate trad. Private camping most people don't take advantage of. If you are interested in doing a 2 day weekend trip, or any other climbing, let me know. I live in Tustin

Hi John,

Email me if you're still looking for a local climbing partner for sport/bouldering. Getting back into more technical routes after an extended break. Leading 10- sport again. I'm in Los Feliz and mostly climb on Sundays.

I wish I could do that every weekend, too many rocks, not enough partners. I'm looking for partner for local socal climbing. I can follow 5.10. I'm a beginner leader, lead 5.6 trad and 5.8 sports. I've climbed all over socal, Josh, Tahquitz, Needles, Yosemite, Echo Cliffs, Malibu Creek, Big Bear, El Cajon, Mission Gorge...hope to add more to the list. I live in Long Beach.

Hi, I just sent you an email. I have posted on a couple threads so I don't want to be redundant.
