Totally out-of-shape 46 year old ex-hiker who wants to get back into it. Have been fairly high on tourist routes (incl. Mt Kenya) and would like to get to know the mountains of south western British Columbia. I have small kids (incl. one special needs) so extended trips are not yet feasible.
