| Hey Mark, We should get together for some rockclimbing during the week (or weekend) some time here soon. not sure what your schedule is like, but if you're here in the area we should make it out to exit 38 and discuss some ideas. I get off work early (2:30) and can easily make it out during the week.
As far as what you mentioned all sounds good , though I am leaning more towards the more technical/alpine routes than scrambles, but I'm not familiar with those peaks mentioned so I could be game. Leavenworth - definitely.
I really would like to do the traverse - looks fun! And I would certainly do prusiik again. Its a beautiful climb, but best to do in the fall when the larch trees are changing colors!
Anyways lets make a plan I'll send you my email address.. | Posted Apr 22, 2006 5:40 pm |

| Dragontail and similar technical alpine routes are very much of interest to me. I live in SF but might be able to get the Seattle area for several days this fall if you're interested in teaming up. | Posted May 22, 2006 7:47 pm |

ClimbHigher44 | Mt Rainier | |
| I am looking for a partner for a classic 2 day climb of Rainier. I was thinking of starting from Paradise and spending our first night on the Ingraham Flats. I have a camping reservation at the flats for 4 days. The next day, summit (weather permitting) after an early alpine start & return to Paradise the same day. I am open to other suggestions/routes. I am also willing (and will bring enough supplies) to spend up to 4 days on the flats for a weather window. I just came off a 4 day course on Baker so I am well acclimatized and in great shape. I have all my own equipment and I am willing to cover all expenses + all meals + free new gear giveaway after the climb. You won't be disappointed....

Diggler | alpine rock | |
| Hey Rob,
I realize this has been up for awhile, but figure I'd give it a shot anyway. I'm in Seattle for the next couple of weeks, & would really love to get on some classic alpine rock while here. 2 routes of major interest would be the full N ridge of Stuart & the NE buttress of Slesse. I've got plenty of experience & have been quite active recently. Let me know if interested. -Dirk 510.393.2651 | Posted Sep 5, 2012 3:26 pm |
