Description

I'm looking for somebody who isn't afraid of the cold. I see myself as medium-core: I'm not into ice climbing, but I really enjoy camping and backpacking year-round, but I'm getting tired of going by myself. I'm up for anything from the campgrounds in Rocky Mountain to a snowshoe backpack trip. I'd really like to try an overnight up to Kite Lake, maybe some climbing if conditions permit.

I am interested in climbing 14'ers in winter/spring on skis/snowshoes. Email me at mountainlight241@hotmail.com if interested.

I'm the same as the others - looking for a hut trip maybe - any type of winter camping and skiing would be great. I've got AT gear and all the avy stuff - only a handfull of trips out so far. Looking for snow climbs in the spring as well. charmann@uwalumni.com - I live near Kite Lake too - wouldn't mind wandering around there as well.

Are you still winter camping? I see this post was many years ago. I'm interested in doing San Luis peak first decent weekend that comes up.
