Hi,

I am preparing for a trip to Alaska this summer and would like to find people to climb/train with this winter. I have a number of trips planned to the Daks and New Hampshire for ice climbing / mountaineering but no partners. If you would like to do some ice climbing and have the necessary personal equipment then please let me know so that we can work something out. Thanks.

They do training hikes and climbs year-round plus several mountaineering and ice climbing trips each year. http://www.meetup.com/DC-Mountain-Madness/ I'll be in Maryland for a week or 2 in January. I could join you then if you have something planned.
