Hi, I live in Medellin and will be doing a road trip around the Colombian Andes from Dec 25, 2008, to Jan 5, 2009. The idea is to climb at least one major (5000m) peak in the Los Nevados area and at least one in the El Cocuy area, more if time allows. I have a car, all necessary equipment, and some info on the routes. I would prefer a partner who has some mountaineering experience and speaks at least basic Spanish.
