I'm just moving down here from WA and am eager to get into the Sierra.

I lead 5.6/5.7 and will follow 5.8. Will lead WI2 or 3. I prefer alpine climbs but am hoping to improve my technical skills so I'm open to crags. I have quite a bit of mountaineering experience.

Here are a few TRs from some fun climbs I did this summer up in the Cascades. It's certainly not an attempt to brag as these are moderate classics, but it's nice to know that people actually have some alpine experience when doing the whole internet thing.

I'm a grad student and still waiting to get my schedule set but I always find a way to make time for the hills.

I've got half a rock rack, plenty of alpine draws, 6 ice screws, 50m half-rope, and personal stuff.
