I'm looking for a climbing partner from the bay area to climb either the East Face or the East Buttress of Mt. Whitney on July 31-August 2ish. I have a permit to start the trail on the 31 and would like to stay up there at least 3 days and am available for more if someone would like to do some other routes in the area. My partner has just backed out of this trip for financial reasons and I am in need of someone new. I would prefer to get a gym session in with any candidates before the trip date if possible.
