I am an intermediate mountain climber looking for a male climbing/hiking partner for an ascent of The Golden Hinde in Strathcona Park. (sorry ladies, don't think my wife wants me hanging in the woods with another woman, lol)

Rides to and from the park have been arranged and all I would ask is a donation for gas ($40 for both ways). Or perhaps you drive and I pitch?

I have summited 3000m peaks in the Kootenays and elsewhere and am a strong endurance climber. I ask only strong and healthy people respond.

I will climb with a well equipped amatuer provided they're strong and want to learn.

I'm an open minded non judgemental type but I prefer little or no alchohol in the back country (clouds judgement too much) but I am 420 friendly.

I don't mean to sound too demanding but I don't want to have to kill a bear because my idiot partner "scented his tent in wiener smoke" or something equally stupid.
