Mt. Rainier in mid-August

OK, so here's the deal: for this year and for the next one I'm working in California and trying to explore as much as possible. In mid-August (somewhere around the week of August 10-17) I'll be traveling to Vancouver, BC -- but, instead of flying, I'll drive, and, as we all know, Mt. Rainier is almost on the way :) I'd like to go there if I can find somebody to go with me.

Due to the temporary character of my stay in CA, I only have some very basic gear with me: boots, crampons, ice axe, clothes, backpack, stove, don't have a tent, and no climbing gear to speak of other than a harness, a few slings, biners etc. I have some limited experience in glacier travel, but definitely would feel more comfortable if my partner's experience was greater than mine :)

All the details (including, to some extent, dates) are to be discussed -- I've thought about Emmons/Winthrop route, DC is also an option, but I'd rather not get myself stuck into one of grade IV and up routes...
