400m high NW face of Anica...

400m high NW face of Anica Kuk (712m) towers above the canyon of Velika Paklenica and is its trademark. Mountaineers approach leads below the face and then up the back side (left slope) over the smaller cliffs and torn karst terrain. View from the summit is fantastic, especially down into the canyon. Behind, through the canyon, is Velebit channel and coast of Ravni Kotari county.

Looks like Sardinia

Like Monte Albo and Supramonte. I guess I'll have to post Punta Sae Mussinu now, to have the direct comparison ;-)
