A big cairn marking the route on the north ridge of Schneebiger Nock
I traversed Schneebiger Nock, using the north ridge for the descent. Occasionally I got off route, so I appreciated the occasional route marker, confirming that I was on track again. In addition to some cairns, I also saw some red paint marks. That said, descending the ridge was mostly walking, with just the odd bit of easy scrambling. When I didn't see any signs, which was most of the time, I just kept descending on the ridge as much as possible, assuming that I would eventually see another sign again, and that worked out well.
