Even if there were a lot of snow, this marker would still be visible. On the other side of the Ginggljoch, the high saddle I crossed earlier today, the slopes where white at this elevation. But on this side, facing southwest, the sun has put an end to that at least a couple of weeks ago. 16 July 2013.
