but my guess would be the Gentianella family. Perhaps Gentianella crispata? (Bodroscsészéj? tárnicska)

Thanks for your advice. My father is a biologist, knowing plants well. He told me that it must be a kind of Gentiana - and you defined it more exactly: a Gentianella species and not a Gentiana. I cheked where Gentianella crispata is spread in Italy: only in southern Italy, so it must be another species. Anyway, your tip was a near miss :) Still I'm not sure what it is, but looking to the photos of the Gentianella family, it looks to be a mission impossible for an outsider to choose the right species
