A Loveliness of Ladybirds on the Peak

Climb over July 4th weekend, a loveliness of ladybugs carpeted the shaded areas of the cool peak. The rangers said that they were released a couple of years ago by farmers in the area and now they flock to nearby peaks in the hot summer. Beautiful!
