I would choose a goodmeaty Italian pizza over one of those dry and
tasteless "organic pizzas" any day of the year!

It's all in the dohThey mostly make the bases fresh, and use a wood burning oven, like those Kiva ones. Fab. Though I did once cook pasta for the staff at a hotel I was staying in - risked getting lynched, but I got it right and they broke out the good wine!
