I would choose a good

meaty Italian pizza over one of those dry and
tasteless "organic pizzas" any day of the year!

It's all in the doh

They mostly make the bases fresh, and use a wood burning oven, like those Kiva ones. Fab. Though I did once cook pasta for the staff at a hotel I was staying in - risked getting lynched, but I got it right and they broke out the good wine!
