With Niguel Hill (and Temple Hill)  Sucess!

The summit was clear (though surrounded by fog) when I started from Niguel Hill, but by the time I reached the saddle it'd become completely socked in for the rest of the afternoon. Great little hike, though - will definitely return on a better day! ** Update: Returned on 11/10/18 for clear skies and lovely ocean views.

Kudos to SummitPost for cluing me into this one... I've been coming to south OC for many years yet was never aware of this peak.

Nice refreshing walk on a Sunday afternoon  Sucess!

Drove to Seaview Park after putting in some work on a Sunday afternoon and bagged Niguel Hill. Then I walked down to Aliso Peak for some nice views of the ocean. Lots of dog walkers and couples. I think I was the only person who was not one of those.

From Seaview Park  Sucess!

Great little leg stretcher on a drive fr Orange County to San Diego for business. Whale watching, crashing waves and coastal views all beat the hotel gym.
