I'm no paleontologist (more of a neurobiologist), but to me it doesn't look like a mammalian cranium at all, and where are the legs? (OK, they could have been carried away by some animal). Judging from the positions of the ribs it looks like some fairly longnecked animal, but the skull doesn't at all look like that of a horse, nor do the very large neck vertebrae with enormous processes - they don't look mammalian at all, but are more similar to the vertebrae of a crocodile. Perhaps you should show the photo to some vertebrate zoologist at a museum.
