She is pretty bad ass. This photo was taken on the NE Buttress of Mt Goode. It was a long difficult approach so we both wore tennies for the approach, glacier and the rock climb to save weight. Some icy sections had us second guessing our choice a couple of times. My La Sportiva approach shoes pretty much disintegrated on the trip and promptly went into the trash when I got home.
