Alpstein Range with Altmann and Saentis
Work with a view: Alpstein Range, with Altmann (2435m) and Säntis (2502m), from the roof of the Leica Geosystems building in Heerbrugg, Switzerland.
It is 27.23 km (19.92 mls) from the Leica Geosystems office, where I work, to the top of Säntis, where the tower is. So for this shot I picked a 150mm F2.8 macro lens.
The large yellow and red building in the foreground marks the old village of Altstätten, at approximately 5.7 km (3.5 mls).
