an interesting perspective

An interesting perspective on a fantastic jumble of Many Glacier peaks. Sherburne Reservoir sits in the valley far below. Allen Mountain, at 9,376 feet, appears to be the tallest point in this photo, but looks can be deceiving. Just behind and to the left are two apparently smallish bumps on a ridge. The peak immediately behind and to the left of Allen is Mount Siyeh. At 10,014 feet, it's the fifth tallest in all of Glacier National Park. Cracker Peak (9,833 feet) is just to the left. The long ridge connects all the way to Wynn Mountain, visible on the left skyline. August 28, 2013
