Also from Deckertown Turnpike, Hwy 650, via the AT, came back the alternate trail, 15.1 miles, 1973' gain RT.

Very cold.
It was -12, but I still had fun. We started this trail from 5 miles south of the visitor center. The AT section we started on was at Deckertown turnpike. It was hard but fun hike in the deep snow.
