Approaching the dry waterfall

When you go up Bendire Canyon you will see this sudden narrowing of the canyon. Just beyond the bend to the left up ahead is the difficult to pass dry waterfall. When you see this sight (which is just at the end of the Bendire Canyon Road) look for a built up flat foundation for an old miner's tent or building. The slope beyond is the best way to climb and avoid the dry waterfall.
