Hardwear?I have attempted MR one time and we made it just below iceberg. None of the pictures I've seen have been roped up. Did you carry hardwear in the event that you needed to rope up? I've been told you should carry basic hardwear for the couloir.

Re: Hardwear?Funny you should ask. We packed gear from the car to camp, but conditions were looking pretty good, so we decided to go light from camp, and didn't need anything at all.
It's a matter of personal choice though. There were other groups who were roping up, so go with what you are comfortable with.
