Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge This relief map found at the Olympic NP's Hurricane Ridge Visitor Center shows the location of the 5 mile long spit of Dungeness NWRA area on the far left. We rented a lovely private home between the long arm of the spit and the land for the five days we stayed on the Olympic Peninsula while we explored the Dungeness NWR, Hurricane Ridge, Crescent Lake, Hoh Rainforest and Rialto Beach. DNWR is located near Sequim in Clallam County, Washington, on the Strait of Juan de Fuca Taken August 2009
