Some help

I'm quite familiar with the area, email me if you need any help building this page!

Might want to check your spellings - Sequoia and Tehachapi are spelled wrong.

A couple of good websites on this area that you may want to link to...

Mine :) http://www.tarol.com
Nature Alley http://www.natureali.org
BLM Bakersfield http://www.blm.gov/ca/bakersfield/
Sequoia National Forest http://www.fs.fed.us/r5/sequoia
Kern Valley Canyon Connection http://www.kernvalley.com/news/index.htm
Save Tejon Ranch http://www.savetejonranch.org
Hiking in the Ponderosa Area http://www.ponderosaca.com/hike.html

I added some photos that I hope will give people an idea of what this area is like!

Also, five more peaks you can link to: Jordan Peak, Slate Mountain, North Maggie, Moses, and Taylor Dome.

Nicely done

Great page. There are a few more wilderness areas in the Southern Sierra outside the ones you listed, including:
Sacatar Trail
Chimney Peak
Owens Peak
Bright Star

Good overview guidebook for area is
"California Road Trip - A climber's guide to Northern California",
available at
Maximuspress.com or slatervision.com (table of contents there also)
