Around Sleza there are many granite quarries as well as some mines exploiting postglacial deposits, e.g. sand or loam. This picture is taken in a past sand mine located on "Szubieniczna Gora" (Gallows Mt.) - the slope with a layer of green loam and white lime admixture (March 15, 2008)
