Mt. Arvon (Michigan) HP #21
Mt. Arvon is reached via 8 miles of driving down narrow gravel logging roads. If you're coming from L'Anse, MI the signage is great and we had no problem finding it. You are definitely ready to be done with winding gravel logging roads when you get to the top. There really isn't a view from the top and it's only a quick walk to the summit. Fun Fact: Mt. Curwood is only 11 inches shorter than Arvon and was considered the highpoint of Michigan until 1982.
