Avalanche on Davenport's south aspect.

This photo is looking at the south aspect of Davenport Hill, from near the top of Honeycomb Cliff's south summit. Notice the large wide avy crown near the top of the ridge on Davenport. Looks like this was triggered by avalanche control work, due to the evidence of impact seen near the center right. 3-8-2012.
