So.....tell more about your recent snowshoe hike up Big Baldy via Dry & Battlecreek canyons. Curious minds would like to know more.

Re: So...Ahh...it was during Christmas break -- sometime around the 27th I think. I shall email you a few pictures and a short story. It was my first "mountain action" since moving to Lubbock and I was in heaven; however, I just returned from Guadalupe Mtns National Park where I did Guadalupe and El Cap. I think I might do up a trip report about the small animals I killed driving across west Texas...

Re: So...Congrat's on your Texas peaks. I'm envious of the state HP (on my list of course). Why not add your Big Baldy snowshoe pics to the Big Baldy page? Please do send me the short story.
