beauty at your feet

In the book, What The Road Passes By, master photographer Dewitt Jones and editor Eleanor Huggins present a wonderful collection of images and accompanying quotes and poems dealing with the beauty and wonder that can sometimes be found at our very feet, or close by the common paths or roads upon which we travel.(hint: look, see, pay attention). This mud puddle reflection was discovered in timber along the trail to Mt. Silverheels just before sunrise. 9-7-07

Thank you for your kind remarks. The morning skylight was so low I wasn't sure I could get a usable image. With 200 speed film I believe I handheld the camera, one-fifteenth of a second, 35mm lens,F3.5 ...... slowbutsteady!
