Thanks attm. I'm actually still working on the page. I started loading it up just before lunch (about 4 hrs ago here) and people started voting on it while I was still loading up the photos!!!. Jeeze they were on it quick. Still got a couple more to go, got a couple of links to climbing beta and, as you say, fix up the misc section. Another photo or two to go on the route too.
Cheers mate (You just been to the Tetons??) Great, I'd love to visit Wyoming.
Don't mean to get off-topic with the thread, but next time Attm, you should head to eastern Yellowstone if you get the chance. That's where all the really rugged and difficult peaks in the park are. One of them just had its first ascent only a few years ago, but I don't remember the name of it. You would like the peaks along the eastern section of Yellowstone.
G'day sean. Thanks for the vote. Glad you found it interesting. We don't have much in the way of glamour peaks here but I don't want you blokes thinking there's nothing to climb in Oz.
I visited Australia in 2000 and enjoyed it greatly. I went to Sydney, Cairns (Cans as you folk call it), and Hayman Island. I'm disapointed to say I wasn't interested in hiking or climbing back then but I do remember admiring the beautiful scenery in the gondola ride over the rainforest. I hope to back it back some day, if not to climb, then to see the Great Barrier Reef, it was our fault for coming during the rainy season I suppose.
Sean, if you come back, you must at least let me take you up Tibrogargan and Beerwah. Around this time of year is best to visit Qld if you're not used to humid climates. It's dry, mild and pleasantly sunny (usually) from Sept to November.

Untitled CommentHi Lolli. Thanks. You're right - if it involves beer it can only be good. (It's an aboriginal name of course).
