Before getting lost

On the summit of Flecha (2,077 m / 6,814 ft) I could see the storm approaching. When descending I got lost in the blizzard with freezing temperatures reaching La Granja, on the other side of Sierra de Guadarrama. I slept in a boarding house because no taxi transported me, the roads were impassable. Next day I crossed the range again finishing at Rascafría, where I left my car. Taken on February 7th, 2001.
