Beowolf - top pitches
Beowolf - top pitches
There are two final pitches to "Beowolf" - this is the first of the two. It's easy grade 4 ice, with some good rests 2/3 of the way up. The pitch is about 55 metres long. From the top of this pitch, there is another shorter, but steeper pitch (if you take the steepest line) to the top. (climber: S. Evers, photo: A. Jones)
