Why not mention Bird Knob, which is just 0.6 miles to the west, and could be included in a loop hike along with Big Mountain? Just a thought… Thanks for the page, anyway!
That's a good point. I'll add something to the route description about Bird Knob, which also deserves its own page eventually.
