Bighorn Bleat

We found a large group of bighorn sheep while on a black-footed-ferret-hunting expedition. This ewe stood in this location for at least 10 minutes bleating loudly about every 15 seconds. Maybe she just wanted somebody to take the radio collar off. Photo taken mid-June 2008.

I think he is gonna die in 10 minutes.

Yeah, if you could hear her bleating, you'd probably think she was going to die too. She sounded something like a mix between a really large frog and a donkey.
