Bishopston Valley
Between the villages of Bishopston and Southgate there is a deep gorge that runs to the bay of Pwlldu. The small stream that runs down through this valley is fed from springs up near to the Swansea Airport. In the late spring this valley is carpeted with the flowers of wild garlic. Ferns of many types also grow here in this shaded environment.
