Black Mtn, KY - Highway 160 Marker, not the actual highpoint of Black Mtn.

Black Mountain is accessed via HWY 160 (aka Main St in KY, or Inman Road in VA).  The highpoint of HWY 160 is the border of KY/VA, and has the sign as seen in this photo which incorrectly lists Black Mtn elevation as 4,145 ft when really it is 4,139 ft and further up the mountain (to the west).
