Something in the genus Rubus - possibly Rubus Fructicosus. The bramble subfamily [of the rose family Rosacae] includes blackberries, raspberries, and a few relatives; this is probably a blackberry. The fruit is delicious and the plant has medicinal uses, but it is listed as a "noxious weed" by the USDA.
(This one is being visited by an Eastern Tiger Swallowtail.)
