With Kraft Mountain
Took the route up Peak 4101 then headed up the ridge along the "Boneshaker"/radio tower trail. The actual high point is on private property, so visited the summit cairn near BLM's eastern station. This mountain has the best view of urban Las Vegas I've yet seen, and 4101 probably has an *incredible* dawn view of the Red Rock escarpment.

Choose Your Own Adventure
...as a friend described the trails on Blue Diamond Hill. Hiked this one solo, starting from the trailhead by the corrals. I took the Rock Garden Trail, above Echo Canyon, to the upper part of the Fossil Trail. Here I followed a Jeep Trail for a bit (might have been one of the Gypsum roads, I found out later (oops)), and located two high points. One had a wind sock at the top and two park benches below it. Incredible views of Las Vegas and Red Rock. I followed the bike trails across Overlook Ridge and then down into Skull Canyon for the descent. It was about a 7 mile loop.
