Yes, I'm a dumb German but I thought I knew my ways in California. Somehow your descriptions don't ring a bell. Perhaps a very rough indication would be ok.

South Ridge
The summit sounds interesting. Did you notice what the ridge looked like to the south? I'm thinking about trying to continue north along the ridge to Blue Donkey Point from Peak 12774.

Looked like a nice walk mostly, with some cl 3-4 patches, but my 23-yr memory may have faded a bit. I do remember that I went too far north on the ridge before descending, and wound up in a garbage chute dropping to Blue Lake.
