Boulder Mountains Trilogy
Fantastic day in the Boulders! Climbed the south ridge of Boulder Peak, traversed to Boulder Basin Peak, then circled around and climbed the steep SE face of Silver Peak. Then descended and followed the basin back to the trailhead. Trip Report

scrambled up a rib from the 9800' spring in Boulder Basin
the road up toward Boulder City is indeed pretty rough and you will want a high clearance vehicle if you want to drive very far. I drove to about 7900ft and from there it was a little over two hours hiking to the summit via the north slopes and northwest ridge. This is a simple class 2 hike and the rock is firmer than often found in the Boulder mountains.
