Pinyon vs. PackardBeautiful photo, especially with the snowy Wasatch mountains in the background. I took photos in this directionfrom several southern Wasatch peaks, and this photo helped me identify some summits.
It appears from the topo map that the peak you labeled Pinyon Pk is actually Packard Peak (elevation 7828), with Pinyon a little to the left obscured by Old Baldy. Those two peaks have very similar shapes and make a "nice pair" from the Provo area.
