The snow covered summit of Breithorn(3395m) and the rocky summit of Monte Leone(3553m) from SE, from the top of Pizzo Giezza(2658m).
Someone think that the name of Monte Leone, Lion's peak in english, comes from the skyline of the ridge that connects its summit to the one of Breithorn, in the truth the name is the distortion of Aione, the name of an ancient alpine settlement at its feet.
