Great Area
The dirt slope was really annoying and somewhat treacherous, otherwise this was a great outing. Excellent views north into the Absarokas and the immediate area feels remote despite the proximity to the highway.

Splitboarding
Toured with about a dozen fellow splitboarders into this drainage in February of this year. Blizzardy conditions with near-whiteout at the summit. Wonderful turns on the way down in knee deep powder.

Not an Easy One ...for me at least.
Wow - where do I begin. I will summarize - 1. I was terrified of running into a grizzly. 2. I was crying and holding onto dirt, afraid that I was going to go tumbling down a VERY steep slope. 3. It was wet and muddy. And 4. I had made it to the top! This was one of my most memorable peaks. Although I had plenty of worries the entire hike, I still loved it! One of the coolest peaks I have done yet. Once you are above the cliffs it feels like a different world. Amazing!
