A trek up to the mountain hut and you will meet Lamberto Felice, the warden. They do light meals, wine and overnight stays.
Okay, on the bike, now descend the 25km, and repeat the ascent. Like no one believed me. Take care, you get up to a speed of 55 mph! Better to wear a full-face helmet, goggles and full protective gear - like, I don't have any of that stuff, just like I don't have crampons. I've never fallen climbing, though a few slides off the bike when my tyre came off and black ice - ought to get the crampons for the bike then!
