Getting there
Long Way to CP ReplyStarting on 1 April 2010 in Frankfurt - Germany to Bali. On April 3 from Bali to Timika and at the next day with a Twin-Otter to Ilaga - a little village in the middle of the jungle in Papua. We started a 5 day-trekking to CP in Ilaga to Carstensz Pyramide. We've to walk every day 7-10 hours with a big backpack. The first day was very hard through the densely jungle. The next days we walk through the highmoors and over the New Zealand pass were we can see Carstensz Pyramide the first time - wow!
