BRAVO !!!I love cheese! I like it with or without wine. I had a pizza last night, when I returned from a hike in the Mojave desert.

Re: BRAVO !!!Thank you! Yes, the farmers bring their cows here in late spring ( may ) and they make their cheese all the summer until september. This place is really wonderful, one of the best in the Julian Alps ( but there aren't Saguaro cactus here... ).

Re: BRAVO !!!I agree! There are not Saguaro cactus everywhere in Arizona; just the southern 1/2 of the state. Southern Nevada has many Joshua trees. In my ancient seafaring days, I visited southern Italy in 1976. Our ship went to Roma and Napoli. I wish I can return someday to visit northern Italy! All the pictures of n. Italy are very beautiful!
